Bone Broth

• 600g open cut bones (such as pork or beef)
• 8 chicken feet
• 2 TBLS Apple cider vinegar
• 2 litres of water (or to fill bowl)
• 1 carrot
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic
• 1 ginger (to taste)
Notes: the bones produce more broth if they are precook for 20 minutes in the oven
Add bones, chicken feet, apple cider vinegar and water into slow cooker
Leave for 23 hours
Add vegetables in the last hour
Eat hot or pack into containers to keep refrigerated
