Keto Fat Bombs

Makes: 30 Fat Bombs
Cook time: 5 mins
Level: easy
Ingredients:
• 4 TBSP Butter
• ½ Cup Almond Butter
• 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
• 3 TSP Splender
• ½ TSP Sea Salt
• 1 TBSP Desiccated Coconut
Heat the butter and coconut oil first in a pot
Once mixed add the almond butter and stir
Add splender (or other sugar free sweetener) and salt to taste
Lastly add the desiccated coconut
Mix well
Pour into individual mini cupcake cups
Place in fridge to set for 10 mins
Sprinkle desiccated coconut when its just about to set
Place back in fridge for another 20 mins
Serve chilled from fridge
